Monday:

Broiled fish with rice pliaf and broccoli

Wednesday:
Tortelini with Pesto or Bolognese

Thursday:
Slow cooker Balsamic Chicken (from the freezer - we didn't get to it last week!)

Friday:
Paninni, Grilled Cheese and Soup

Saturday:
Spaghetti and Meatballs

Sunday:
Black Bean Ragu from the Smitten Kitchen cook book
