Meal Plan: February 16 - 22

Monday: 
Homemade macaroni and cheese, green beans

Tuesday:  
Crepes

Wednesday: Ash Wednesday
Pea Soup (from the freezer) and cheese toasts

Thursday:  
Pasta and leftover Sauce (from the freezer)

Friday:  No meat!
Fish tacos with spaghetti squash and leftover black beans

Saturday:
Breakfast for dinner:  Pancakes, bacon and sliced fruit

Sunday:
Smitten Kitchen Flat-roasted chicken with little yellow potatoes and roasted broccoli and cauliflower
