Monday:
Slowcooker Black Bean Ragout (from Smitten Kitchen) with French bread and sautéed kale

Tuesday: 
Farmer's Bounty Soup with homemade croutons

Wednesday:
Chutney chicken with rice and broccoli

Thursday:
Shrimp stirfry with red pepper and broccolini and rice

Friday:
Sweet Potato Burgers (from ohsheglows.com) and salad

Saturday:
Quiche and salad

Sunday:
Rotisserie or  Slowcooker chicken with roasted potatoes and vegetables

Lunches:
Tuna/Almond Salad
Turkey and cheese sandwiches
Taco salads with leftover black beans
Clementines
Crackers

Breakfast:
Cheerios
Fruit
Granola
Overnight oats
Raisin Bread
