M: pasta w/ tom and zuke. green salad w/ hb eggs and toasted nuts.
T: 4 cheese pasta. chicken cutlets. fresh tomatoes.
W: garlic and oil pasta w/ tossed chicken. 
Th: Skirt steak, sweet potato, brocolini
F: pizza.
S: pulled pork. mac&cheese. coleslaw. beet salad.
S: leftovers.
